Personality
Discreet: Ryme has always found the best tactic is one no one notices, he tries his hardest to be barely noticeable letting his brother steal the limelight or even thrusting it on other individuals while he tries to work from the shadows.
Sentimental: Ryme is a man driven by his emotions, its a trait that others in the PTO think is useless. He's found relying on his instincts and guts to be more fruitful than just logic. It is not unlikely he'll cry when plotting to kill or if he sees it in person. He is also quick to hold grudges on the most menial mistakes because of his sentimentality. This has been used against him, but not as much as he sees it as a blessing.
Responsive: Being so emotionally driven Ryme finds its important to be able to make decisions fast even if they're not the best at the time. Quick reaction paired with instinct is how he makes most of his decisions.
Unceremonious: Ryme finds politeness and courtesy tools of the weak. If he wants something he'll find a way to get it regardless of decorum tradition or anything else.

History & Appearance
Appearance: Ryme's body in his first transformation is mostly covered in his bio-armor. The green portions of his skin are only visible through the small openings in his tail as well as his hands and part of his mouth. Since their is a tiny gap in the armor where his mouth is, he'll typically move it when eating. In his first form he has a small stature coming in at 4'9". He has a lean but athletic build and typically is quiet and observing unless riled up.
History:
Ryme's story begins like most changeling on planet Frost. He was born along with a twin brother Zero Ika. Their parents were tech company gurus in the PTO. They were a part of the innovation that lead to the PTO taking over the planet Namek. His father wished for both Ryme and Zero to learn Namkeian. It didn't take well and this was one of the first steps towards dissatisfaction in the family. Eventually leading up to Zero challenging the family hierarchy and overpowering their father around the age of 65.
Ryme on the other hand was a quiet young changeling. He preferred to observe the world around him and make decisions that would benefit both him and his brother. The reason for his shyness was he was a very emotional changeling. Far more emotional than the majority on the planet, he was bullied at a young age until his brother stood up for him. He decided that he'd have the find a way to repay him, his decision was that he'd help him climb the ladder. While Ryme was very emotional it also lead him to be more empathetic helping him understand his foes. He'd even learn how to fight more instinctively relying on his gut more than logic. It would take years of experience getting pummeled by both his brother and other changeling for these lessons to set in. He always preferred to use his ki and engage in combat from afar then up close. He knew that this would be a shortcoming for him in the future.
After his brother had displaced his father they found that the PTO still did not give them the recognition they thought was deserved. Tired of relying on others for their fortune Ryme and his brother decided to travel to earth to train under the wizard Babidi. The rumors were that he could teach others to enslave the unworthy to their will. Ryme planned to use this to grow their influence without fear of a future betrayal.

Roleplay Sample
Sweat dripped from Ryme as he looked around the desolate training zone. There were no buildings to hide from spying eyes, no cover for him to try and catch a breath. They had found out, whether through his other changelings or from one of the instructors themself. They knew that Ryme hated direct physical confrontation, that he'd rather wear his opponent out before moving in for the kill. He barely caught the flash of movement out of his peripheral. It was still too late.
A flying kick connected straight with his abdomen, he gasped for air and found little as he flew backward. His body tumbled as he haphazardly used his limbs to slow his momentum. Stumbling back up slowly to get to his feet, his opponent smirked. No, gloated in his obvious superiority in close combat, Ryme didn't plan on letting him smirk for long. As he went to stand, Ryme had started to gather his ki for his signature move. He'd throw it right towards his opponent as he stood. Then he'd fly at his top speed towards his opponent trying to catch him off guard.
Much to his delight, it seemed to work, but then the other changeling, Salv, deflected his Ki easily. Ryme thought he saw an opening when he deflected and went for a wide right hook. This was a trap, Salv easily countered his move with an uppercut, followed by a straight punch to Ryme's chest. This time all the air left, but Ryme didn't go flying. Instead, he fell to his knees, tears in his eyes. He knew now whoever was watching would be dying laughing. It wasn't Ryme's fault that he felt so strongly. Why were tears seen as weakness here?
To him, it didn't matter if he cried as long as he continued to fight. If only anyone besides his brother saw it that way. Before he could even stand a kick sent him rolling backward. Followed by Salv's voice.
"I know you're the weakest here, but even I expected a little more than a childish feint. Get up and show pride in our race, you're acting like one of those farming monkeys."
Salv's words hit deep, the insult was the most common hurled at Ryme. Comparing him to the weak saying slaves from Vegeta. Angry Ryme stood up and rushed straight at Salve, transforming into his true form and unleashing a barrage of jabs. To his surprise, Salve didn't expect this and was pummeled bruises appearing with each punch. However, Ryme had already been pushed to his limit, he didn't even manage to finish Salv off before shifting back to his base form. Salv, now actually angry, didn't hesitate to blast him with a Ki blast. As the energy overwhelmed his body, Ryme's tired body couldn't move. The heat of the blast lifted his body up, his eyes barely open the last thing he saw was Salv's foot across his vision as he blacked out.
When he awoke next, he was floating a tube was his only connection to the outside world. His ragged breathing already sounded three times better than before. He knew where he was, his father had taken him here many times. These tank visits were expensive, a fact not lost on his family, they saw Ryme as a failure. After all who wanted a son who was the weakest in the class. His only true ally would be his twin, who stuck by him and even defended him against the rest. Encouraging his abilities in Ki instead of his fighting prowess.
He would float in and out of consciousness for the next four days. The only visitor was his brother and his father, who was only checking to make sure the fluids were level. When he was lucid Ryme did love the feel of weightlessness in the tank. The lack of any outside noise, helped him feel at peace. Thinking over his fight, Ryme didn't see where he could have improved. They loved exploiting his weakness, there was never practice with Ki only raw brutality and fighting.
On the fifth day, when he was strong enough to be freed from the tank he'd catch the eye of one of the attendants. Afterward, he'd take off flying, not leaving a note for his family. The only trail was one of the tears as he flew in frustration around the planet. Better that no one saw him, he needed time away time to breathe.
